The first part of the seminar focused first on showing the results of the project and specifically on the integration of tools through the two platforms developed: AGROASESOR and AGROGESTOR. The following video about the project shows the 2 platforms developed:

The scope of the transfer was shown below through 9 pilot programs carried out in 9 autonomous communities. The LIFE program promotes the transfer demonstration in the EU and this project through the pilot programs has carried out the validation of the tools developed, with an agroclimatic diversity, different types of crops and production structures, with the collaboration of irrigation communities, cooperatives, agricultural holdings, in 9 Autonomous Communities of Spain.

In the second part of the Seminar, two round tables took place to analyze the new scenarios for agricultural advice in the current strategies of the European Union.

The seminar ended with the presentation of the AGROGESTOR ALLIANCE, to continue promoting knowledge management through digital tools, with the aim of offering advisory services that help farms, advisers and collective managers in the sustainable management of their crops.

Uno de los ensayos que se visitaron es el de fertilización que INTIA instala cada campaña, para comprobación de dosis de N y curva de reparto en Trigo Blando.

INTIA cuenta con ensayos de fertilizantes minerales a largo plazo, en cultivos extensivos de los principales nutrientes (nitrógeno, fósforo, potasio y azufre) que sirven para determinar las necesidades de los cultivos en las condiciones agroambientales de Navarra. Esos ensayos a largo plazo son de gran valor ya que permiten obtener resultados consolidados. Además, cada campaña realizamos ensayos específicos para comprobar la dosis de N y el reparto, en las condiciones concretas de la campaña. En estos ensayos realizamos un balance de nutrientes partiendo del análisis de Nmin del suelo de la parcela.  Además, se han testado dos tratamientos ajustados a la recomendación de AGROasesor.

INTIA desde hace 10 años trabaja en la integración de conocimiento en una plataforma digital de asesoramiento, AGROasesor, que da acceso a agricultores y asesores a datos sobre el suelo, el clima y el cultivo a escala de parcela, gracias al acceso a datos de diferentes redes de sensores, satélites de observación de la tierra y bases de datos.

AGROasesor incorpora una herramienta balances de nutrientes teniendo en cuenta la rotación de cultivos, la reducción de la contaminación por nitratos, la mineralización del suelo, el objetivo de producción basado en resultados medios, las características físicas y químicas del suelo, el aporte de nitrógeno con el agua de riego, y un modelo de lixiviación de N. El modelo actual está validado en cultivos de cereal extensivo,

Es importante para INTIA poder validar modelos de balances adaptados a las condiciones agroclimáticas, itinerarios de cultivo y normativas específicas en nuestra comunidad, para extraer información y conocimiento desde la experimentación, que pueda incorporarse en herramientas digitales, que den soporte a nivel de parcela, a la estimación de necesidades de fertilización.

En este ensayo hemos utilizado tres tipos de plataformas de teledetección, para comparar las curvas de crecimiento del cultivo en los tratamientos del ensayo, para analizar cómo utilizar esta información para monitorizar cultivos en parcela.

Por un lado, durante el encañado y espigado realizamos un control semanal mediante un lector manual de NDVI: medimos el estado nutricional del cultivo estimando la cobertura vegetal del suelo y la biomasa verde del cultivo. (explicar el equipo que es un sensor activo que emite luz y recoge la luz reflejada por los cultivos en diferentes longitudes de onda).

La Coop Orvalaiz está interesada en gestionar un Grupo de trabajo en Agricultura de Precisión utilizando la plataforma AGROasesor. En el marco del proyecto LIFE AGROgestor, INTIA colabora con la Coop de Orvalaiz, en la puesta en marcha de un grupo de trabajo en AP, enfocado al ahorro en la aplicación de fertilizantes, utilizando el potencial de las plataformas AGROasesor y AGROgestor para integrar la herramienta de balances de nutrientes, y el monitoreo con teledetección para una fertilización eficiente, ajustada a la variabilidad intraparcelaria en campaña en cada parcela.

Durante el día 26 de mayo de 2021,  recibimos la visita de la monitora del proyecto Pepa Diamantopoulos, para conocer de primera mano el ensayo enfocado al uso eficiente de fertilizantes, utilizando las plataformas AGROasesor y AGROgestor; además del resto de ensayos de variedades de cebadas, trigos, triticales y avenas, variedades de leguminosas, herbicidas en trigos, fungicidas y estrategias de control contra diversas enfermedades en trigos y leguminosas.

Entre las diferentes intervenciones Jose Ramón Acín de la empresa AGRARIUM realizó la presentación de los resultados del Piloto Ambiental de Aragón. Centró su intervención en explicar cómo han integrado la plataforma AGROasesor en su trabajo diario, la utilización de las herramientas HAD y otras herramientas de apoyo de la plataforma. Esta es la 3ª campaña agrícola en la que utilizan la plataforma. Además explicó los resultados de su explotación de la plataforma AGROgestor con datos del año 2020.

El taller on-line contó con la participación de más 50 profesionales expertos en meteorología y agronomía quienes pudieron conocer los resultados del proyecto AGROgestor, la asistencia de información meteorológica en el proyecto AGROgestor por parte de la AEMET, una de las herramientas de la plataforma AGROgestor sobre escenarios climáticos, la evolución de las precipitaciones en España, el análisis de las temperaturas y mapas climáticos en España,  y la biometeorología sobre el platanus hispánica.

The environmental pilot in the vulnerable area of ​​the Robo River in Navarra has been developed by INTIA, AGUACANAL, GAN, Cooperativa Orvaláiz, Cooperativa Obanos and Cooperativa Valdizarbe.

The objective of the conference was to present the results of the pilot in the vulnerable area of ​​the Robo River in Navarra and how the AGROasesor and AGROgestor platforms carry out the evaluation and study of the data.

Ana Pilar Armesto from INTIA, presented the new scenarios for sustainable fertilization; Jesús García Ramos from AGUACANAL, explained the monitoring of the 1st Phase of the irrigable area of ​​the Canal de Navarra; Ismael Pérez Mata and Daniel Merchán from GAN, explained the river basin-Río Robo / Cidacos balances; and Marta Goñi from INTIA participated with the presentation of the results of the Río Robo Environmental Pilot.

The awareness materials made based on the study of the pilot program with which we have worked during these years were shown and made available to the attendees, such as the Manual of Good Practices: Zones Vulnerable to Nitrates

This action to raise awareness and environmental awareness is another of the key actions in which the European project LIFE AGROgestor works.

Ana Pilar Armesto, from the INTIA R&D team, presented the functionalities of the AGROgestor (first version already operational) and AGROasesor (version 4.0) platforms. She did so through several practical exercises in which she explained how to conduct an environmental program analysis.

Among the functionalities offered by this first version of AGROgestor are the following:

– Creation and selection of collective management areas.

– Continuous evaluation of a campaign using 31 indicators.

– Economic, environmental, sustainability indicators, grouped by collective management areas and by agricultural parcels.

– Creation of strategy Itineraries.

– Simulation of Environmental Programs and evaluation of strategy itineraries.

– Reassessment of the proposed strategies.

Armesto also presented to the group of attendees the environmental awareness materials -manuals of good practices- that have been carried out for each of the environmental pilot projects with which it has worked during these years. This action to raise environmental awareness is another of the key actions in which the European project LIFE AGROgestor works.

The European AGROgestor replication workshop has begun with the presentation, by Ana Pilar Armesto of INTIA, of the AGROasesor and AGROgestor platforms, two platforms focused on supporting agricultural advice and data management, from a digital environment. Then Marta Goñi from INTIA made the presentation of the pilot of areas vulnerable to contamination by nitrates. Use case-Río Robo.

In the second part of the workshop, the 45 participants from various European countries have worked, carrying out different exercises, on “How can digital platforms for analysis by indicators help us to approach an ECO-scheme”

On November 12, 2020, MariPat González and Elisabet Carpintero presented “Agrogestor: a tool for the collective management of crops at the service of environmental programs related to the use and quality of water” within the Specialized Training course in Technological Solutions for Agrarian Sector.

MariPat González began the intervention with the presentation of the project, and of the AGROasesor and AGROgestor platforms as useful tools in advising and digital information management tasks, both for plot management and for collective management based on the information provided. by farmers. In addition, it showed some of the materials produced within the project to promote environmental awareness in the collective management of Environmental Programs.

In the second part of the presentation, Elisabet Carpintero explained in more detail the tools and functionalities integrated in both platforms, with some practical examples in real agricultural plots. The course, organized by IFAPA, was intended for the training of 15 technical advisers, this training being a fundamental part of the farm advisory services.

During the day, the researcher María Patrocinio González Dugo presented the LIFE AGROgestor project, and the main functionalities offered by both platforms (AGROasesor and AGROgestor) for advising and managing information in the agricultural sector at different work scales. To this day with 60 attendees from scientific-technical personnel who participate in European projects, directors of IFAPA centers, area coordinators and personnel responsible for the administration and management of the Ifapa headquarters.

The Andalusian Institute for Agricultural and Fisheries Research and Training (IFAPA) is the main agent for the generation and transfer of knowledge in the agri-food and fishing sector in Andalusia. IFAPA is emerging as a Public Administrative Agency with an essential role in the consolidation of the economic recovery and the generation of employment through research, innovation and training, also contributing to the improvement of competitiveness and the increase of value added from the agricultural, livestock and fishing sector of Andalusia.

The day began with the presentation “AGROasesor and AGROgestor: new advice and information management systems” by Elisabet Carpintero from IFAPA within the day of presentation of the results of the RAEA of cereals, oilseeds and legumes. The conference was attended by about 60 researchers and specialist technicians from different IFAPA centers, as well as representatives from various seed companies, agricultural cooperatives, advisory companies and farmers. Several representatives of agricultural cooperatives and farmers have shown their interest in both platforms (AGROasesor and AGROgestor), which are very useful tools both for management at the plot level and for the collective management of the information provided by farmers.
